Floissac, Du Boulay & Thomas, originally established in 1960 as Floissac & Giraudy, is one of Saint Lucia’s oldest and most reputable law firms. The Intellectual Property Department, headed by the firm’s Senior Partner, Brenda Floissac Fleming, provides an integrated approach to brand protection with the firm boasting a strong and efficient intellectual property practice which assists clients ranging from large multinational companies to local entrepreneurs.
