Eproint Bahamas was founded in 2023 as a leading Bahamian intellectual property law firm. In collaboration with Eproint’s Latin America and the Caribbean offices, it combines global expertise with local knowledge, offering seamless cross-border IP protection. Eproint Bahamas is led by Erica Pople-Ferreira, a Bahamian attorney with over 30 years of experience in intellectual property law, company formation, real estate law, wills, estate planning, probate and legislative drafting. Erica has a background in both legal and offshore sectors in The Bahamas. Erica’s practice focuses on trademark, patent, design and copyright registration, ensuring clients receive the broadest protection for their IP rights. She regularly counsels international law firms and corporations, provides training to local attorneys and makes presentations to entrepreneurs and orange economy organizations. Erica is an active leader in the local legal community, currently serving as the Co-Chairperson of the Intellectual Property Committee of The Bahamas Bar Association.
