ABOUT
The Bureau for Intellectual Property of Sint Maarten (BIP SXM) is the official agency responsible for the implementation of the National Ordinance on Trademarks as well as providing information to the public about Intellectual Property rights. Sint Maarten is an autonomous equal partner in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and has her own jurisdiction for intellectual property rights. In close cooperation with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property BIP SXM provides an online registration system allowing the entire procedure to be considerably fast and transparent. BIP SXM registers National and International trademarks, for private persons, domestic and foreign companies.
