Once accepted payment is non-refundable. The right to alter or amend any of the conditions of membership in IPCA at any time is reserved. Attendance and participation in any proceedings is entirely at the risk of the attendee. If an applicant does not meet the specified IPCA membership criteria, this application may be rejected. The cost to instate Individual Only Membership is US$200.
